This system consist of 1/2”, 8 digits Backlit LCD Display, robust connector for Load Cell connection, 300 kgs. Capacity Load Cell with Platform Pad Plates, mounting Pads, necessary fasteners, Water Pump, Solenoid outlet Valve, Wiring, etc. The system can work completely semi-automatic or manually.
This system operates with programmable set points, which fills the water automatically by the Pump fixed on the chassis. The exact quantity of water can be drained directly in the mixer. |

Computerized 3 Compartment
Bins |
| |
|
Bins having a total capacity of 1 cubic mtr
have Solenoid operated gates. The aggregates are
directly discharged in the Mixer's Hopper. The
required quantity of different Aggregates can
be preset in the Micro-Controller based Control
Panel. The set quantity of each Aggregate is discharged
into the Hopper and as soon as this is completed,
the display turns zero and the second Aggregate
unloads, and similarly for the 3rd Aggregate.
A cumulative figure of the total weight filled
in Hopper can be read after all the aggregates
have been unloaded.
Printer facility to record the material consumed
can be provided as optional.

Cement Screw Conveyors |

This shall be of suitable capacity with one
inlet and one outlet and one inspection gate.
Screw shaft shall be mounted on ball bearing at
both end with proper sealing plates. Cement which
is manually fed in the Hopper of the Screw Conveyor
would fall in the Mixer Hopper. The operation
of the Screw Conveyor would be controlled by the
control circuit in the Electronic Batching System.

Bin Loading Shovel (Optional) |

Hydraulically operated, Bin loading Shovel with
a bucket capacity of 100 kgs. would be provided
to load the Bins. Aggregate would be stacked/dumped
on three sides of the Shovel and this Shovel shall
load the Bins which is located on the 4 th side
of the Shovel. The rotational movement of the
Shovel, around its axis to lift the different
aggregate would be by a Hydraulic Motor, on whose
end a pinion would be fixed. This pinion would
rotate along the periphery of the bull gear fixed
on the Shovel chassis. The bucket would have a
reach of 10 feet from its rotation pivot point.
