50 Liters - Lab Model Pan Mixer
Scope of Work :-
 

The main structure of the equipment would be fabricated out of structural steel and the Pan would be manufactured out of alloy steel plate. The covers shall be fabricated out of MS sheets.

The equipment shall have a Electric Geared motor, to drive the main shaft on which the mixing blades are fixed. The Pinion mounted on this Geared motor shall drive the main gear on which the main shaft is fixed.



 
 

Optional Features :-
Electronic Water Batching Tank
   

This can be filled through a running water line or manually. The exact quantity of water can be drained directly into the Pan looking at the Display unit.
  Electronic Aggregate Weighing System
   

A Hopper of 150 kgs. capacity is mounted on the load cell frame having a load cell of 500 kgs. capacity. The water batching tank is fixed on the same load cell frame, but below the Hopper.

The common Display Unit for the above two systems is a Micro-controller based system with a 1/2" 8 digits backlit LCD display.

This display works on cumulative basis for both the systems. The Display Unit is mounted on a swivel type platform, so that it can be viewed from any angle.
