The Plant would involve a Mixer / Batching Plant where the Sand, Aggregate, Cement and Water are mixed in required proportions. This should necessarily be a Pan Type Mixer so that the aggregates are mixed homogenously in a short time.
The mixed aggregates are then discharged into the storage hopper of the block-making machine. The discharge gate of the hopper is opened and the required amount of aggregate is unloaded on the casting table of the machine. A high frequency vibrator vibrates the table and the void spaces are filled. Further aggregates are added to fill the mould.
The aggregate is then hydraulically pressed between the steel pallet and the die, by pressing the hydraulic valve.
The cast block / tile are then put over the conveyor and moved out. The next pallet which is already placed on the conveyor moves into the casting area as soon as the conveyor moves to remove the cast blocks / tiles. |
