Structure :-
 

The main structure of the equipment would be fabricated out of structural steel consisting of Mild Steel Angles & Channels. The Bottom wear plates made out of alloy steel. These plates can be easily removed by opening the bolts on the periphery of the Pan structure. The Wear blades are manufactured out of alloy steel. The cover on the Pan shall be fabricated out of MS sheets.

The equipment has an Electric Geared motor, to drive the main shaft on which the mixing blades are fixed.

 
 

Hopper :-
 









The Hopper is made out of mild steel, would be fixed on the load cell frame, such that it can be conveniently head loaded by standing on the working platform, or can be loaded with Screw Conveyors for each of the ingredients from the ground level, incase of automatic plants or plants beyond a capacity of 10,000 bricks per day.

The Loaded and batched aggregates are unloaded in the Pan by just opening the bottom lid by turning the handle located below the Hopper. The aggregates are unloaded in the pan thru a revolving chute.

After the FaL-G has been mixed it can be discharged by opening the gate below the Pan. This gate can be manually operated or through the hydraulic power pack consisting of a hydraulic cylinder, piping, hydraulic tank, hydraulic pump, electric motor, operating valves, etc.

  Electronic Water Batching System
   

This electronic water batching system consists of a Micro controller based circuit which is powered by a Power supply card and the display a shown in an LCD. The required quantity of water can be preset in the panel, by using the relevant buttons on the panel. The details of which are given in the operating manual. Once the system is started by pressing the start button, it will operate the water pump on the equipment to fill the set quantity of water in the batching tank. Once the target quantity set in the panel is reached, the water pump automatically cuts of. The batched water can be drained in the pan by pressing the drain button. By pressing the drain button, the solenoid valve operates and the drain is shut.

  Electronic Aggregate Weighing System
   

A Hopper of suitable capacity is mounted on the load cell. The Display Unit is a Micro-controller based system with a LCD display. This display works on cumulative basis for both the systems. The Display unit for a completely automated plant will be such that the quantity of each ingredient can be set and the corresponding screw conveyor will discharge only the pre-set quantity in the batching hopper.

  CONVEYING AND CASTING OF FAL-G
   

The mixed FaL-G is poured into the moulds thru a specially designed pump. The moulds after being filled with FaL-G have to be de-moulded after 8 hours. The moulds could be of any shape or size and thus you can make FaL-G products of any shape or size. With use of this FaL-G Technology NO CURING is required.
