Technical Specifications :-


The Mixer Drum is rotated by a Geared Motor, which mixes the aggregates when it rotates clockwise. The mixed Concrete is discharged when the drum rotates anti clockwise. The direction of the Motor is changed thru’a reverse-forward switch or thru’ the panel.

 
   

The up and down motion of the Hopper is thru’ a Control valve mounted on a Hydraulic power pack.
The rocking motion of the hopper can be given if there is “sticking” of the aggregates in the hopper.

Electronic Aggregate Weighing System
   

This system consist of 1/2”, 8 digits Backlit LCD Display, 2 Tonne capacity Load Cell, robust connector for Load Cell interfacing, setting facility, etc.

The Hopper when in loading position shall rest on this platform having a 2000 kgs. capacity Load Cell. The Hopper assembling shall be disconnected from the main structure during loading/weighing.

   
Electronic Water Weight Batcher
   

This system consist of 1/2”, 8 digits Backlit LCD Display, robust connector for Load Cell connection, 500 kgs. capacity Load Cell with Platform

Pad Plates, mounting Pads, necessary fasteners, Water Pump, Solenoid outlet Valve, Wiring, etc. The system can work completely automatically, semi-automatic or manually.

This system operates with programmable set points, which fills the water automatically by the Pump fixed on the chasis. The exact quantity of water can be drained directly in the Drum.

It may be noted that the Water Batching System will NOT HAVE ANY MOVING PARTS LINE IN WATER METER, which are prone to problems in the stiff site conditions.

Computerized 3 Compartment Bins
   

With Solenoid operated gates of total capacity of 2/5 cubic mtrs. These shall be operated from a panel in which all the 3 types of Aggregate can be discharged directly into the Mixer Hopper. The required quantity of the 3 types of Aggregate can be preset in the Micro-Controller based Control Panel.

The set quantity of each Aggregate is discharged into the Hopper and as soon as this is completed a signal by pressing the button is given to the system by which the display turns zero and the second Aggregate unloads, and similarly for the 3rd Aggregate. A cumulative figure of the total weight filled in Hopper can be read by a click of a button.

   
Cement Screw Conveyor
   

This shall be of suitable capacity with one inlet and one outlet and one inspection gate. Screw shaft shall be mounted on ball bearing at both end with proper sealing plates.

The cement which is manually fed in the Hopper of the Screw Conveyor would fall in the Batching Hopper. The operation of the Screw Conveyor would be controlled by the control circuit in the Electronic Batching System.

   
Bin Loading Shovel
   

Hydraulically operated, Bin loading Shovel with a bucket capacity of 300 kgs. would be provided to load the Bins. Aggregate would be stacked/dumped on three sides of the Shovel and this Shovel shall load the Bins which is located on the 4th side of the Shovel. The rotational movement of the Shovel, around its axis to lift the different aggregate would be by a steering wheel, on whose end a pinion would be fixed.

This pinion would rotate along the periphery of the bull gear fixed on the Shovel chassis. The chassis shall have four wheels and can be towed alongwith the equipment. The bucket would have a reach of 10 feet from its rotation pivot point.
