Mix - In - Transit (Mixer on wheels)
1 CU. MTR. Capacity Mix-in-Transit Unit :-

Our Mix-in-Transit (MIT) units are special types of Transit Mixers, which can actually mix the aggregates during transit and unload, mixed concrete at the site.

Different types of aggregates can be stacked at one location with a Batching hopper. Aggregates could be batched in the required quantities in this Batching hopper, and this batched aggregates can be directly unloaded into the mixers drum.

During the transit of these aggregates the Mixer drum is rotated in the mix mode. Due to the unique orientation of the blades the aggregates could be dozed with the required quantity of water 2 Minutes prior to its unloading, thereafter good quality of concrete can be unloaded at the site.

Since "just enough" quantity of concrete is being transported in the MIT units it could conveniently unload concrete at the different locations on a site. Since the units are mounted on a TATA - 407 chassis it can conveniently steer itself on a site.

Due to low weight, normal site roads could be enough for MIT to travel as against proper roads required for the normal transit mixers.

The discharge of concrete from the MIT unit could be directed to as close to the point of discharge by the adjustable chutes and by raising the MIT unit by hydraulic jacks.

MIT units can be easily removed from the 407 chassis and normal goods carrying trays could be mounted within few hours.

Since the 407 chassis is most widely used, spares and technical help are readily available.
