The mixing blade assembly shall be mounted on a Helical Gear box transmitting 25 HP at 1440 RPM and having a ratio of 60:1 and giving an output RPM of 18. A 25 HP Electric Motor shall be directly mounted on the Gear box flange.

A 7.5 HP Gear motor with electro-magnetic brake shall be used to couple a L-R Winch Drum to lift the hopper by means of Wire Ropes |

The mixing Pan and mixing blades/arms will be manufactured out of replaceable high wear resistant plates segments.
