General Specifications :-
 

The main structure is fabricated out of prime quality structural steel.

This equipment shall have two Electric motors, one to drive the shaft through the Gear box, on which the mixing blades are fixed, , and other for lifting the Hopper by means of a Winch Drum mounted on its output shaft

 
 
1 The mixing blade assembly shall be mounted on a main shaft powered thru a Gear box transmitting 22.5 HP at 1440 RPM and having a ratio of 40:1 and giving an output RPM of 35. A 22.5 HP Electric Motor shall be coupled to the Gear box.  
2 A 10 HP motor coupled to a gear box shall be used to couple Winch Drum to lift the hopper by means of Wire Rope.  
3 The mixing drum and arms are lined with wear tiles, manufactured out of replaceable high wear resistant alloy steel.  
4 All the Electronic controls will be from one panel and which are very user friendly, placed in an operators cabin.

Electronic Water Batching System
 
 

With programmable set points, which fills the water automatically by the Pump fixed on the chasis. The exact quantity of water can be drained directly in the Drum.

It may be noted that the Water Batching System will NOT HAVE ANY MOVING PARTS LIKE IN WATER METER, which are prone to problems in the stiff site conditions

 
 
Electronic Aggregate Weighing System
 
   

The Hopper when in loading position shall rest on this platform having a 2000 kgs. capacity Load Cell. The Hopper assembling shall be disconnected from the main structure during loading/ weighing.

  Computerized 3 Compartment Bins  
   

Bins having a total capacity of 5 cubic mtrs have Solenoid operated gates. The aggregates are directly discharged in the Mixer’s Hopper. The required quantity of different Aggregates can be preset in the Micro-Controller based Control Panel. The set quantity of each Aggregate is discharged into the Hopper and as soon as this is completed, the display turns zero and the second Aggregate unloads, and similarly for the 3rd Aggregate. A cumulative figure of the total weight filled in Hopper can be read after all the aggregates have been unloaded.

 
  Cement Screw Conveyors
   

This shall be of suitable capacity with one inlet and one outlet and one inspection gate. Screw shaft shall be mounted on ball bearing at both end with proper sealing plates.

Cement can be fed directly thru the Silo below which this screw conveyor can be placed or cement bags manually opened can be fed in the Hopper of the Screw Conveyor from where it would fall in the Mixer Hopper. The operation of the Screw Conveyor would be controlled by the control circuit in the Electronic Batching System.

 
  Printer
   

If required, a suitable Dot Matrix Printer with interface with the control panel shall be provided.

 
  Admixture Dozer
   

If required, a suitable Admixture Dozer shall be provided.
